Your calculation belongs in your browser.

The rebuild calculates weight, height, age, formula sex, activity and goal inside the browser. Its code does not upload those inputs or the resulting RMR, TDEE, calorie range or macro illustration. Printing and downloading a help sheet are initiated on the device.

There is no account, saved health profile, newsletter form or payment facility in this rebuild. Do not enter personal or health information anywhere other than the fields provided for the local calculation.

The site stores the light or dark display choice in local browser storage when it is remembered; otherwise it keeps that choice only for the current browser session. Food preference and shopping priority are saved in local storage only when “Remember on this device” is chosen; otherwise they are kept for the current browser session. The first-visit personalisation state is also held for the session.

Explicit recipe-interest thumbs-ups are kept only for the current browser session. In this rebuild they are not transmitted or centrally counted, and no popularity total is shown. Future paid-feature thumbs-ups are also session-only; they are not a purchase or reservation and are not transmitted or centrally counted. These settings are not intended to identify a person and do not include body measurements or calorie results. Someone else using the same browser profile may be able to see remembered choices. The cookies and local-storage page lists the storage keys and explains how to clear them.

When a browser requests any website, the hosting and network providers may receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser or device details and security events. The public host is Hostinger. Such records may be needed to deliver the site, maintain security and investigate faults.

This website does not add its own visitor analytics or combine hosting records with calculator inputs, results or food preferences. Hostinger's own privacy information explains how it handles service and security records.

No analytics tracker, advertising script, affiliate link, payment processor or behavioural profiling is active in this rebuild. If one is proposed later, the operator must assess the privacy impact, update this notice and the storage notice, obtain any consent required and test that declining is as easy as accepting before activation.

A hosting provider may still measure ordinary service traffic for operations and security. That is distinct from adding a visitor analytics product to the page.

You can remove local settings using the clear control on the cookies page or your browser controls. Because calculator inputs and results are not sent by the site's code, the site does not receive a calculator record to retrieve or delete.

If data collection or a contact service is introduced later, this notice will be updated before that feature is activated.
